- Pit (Rows 1–6): General admission floor standing area directly in front of the stage. Best for the most immersive concert experience. Arrive early for the best positions.
- Orchestra (Rows A–Z and AA–SS): Main seated section closest to the stage. Center Orchestra rows M–S are among the best seats in the house for concerts and theater productions.
- Loge Level: Elevated above the Orchestra — a solid middle-tier option with a good balance of price and sightlines.
- Mezzanine Level: Upper balcony with panoramic stage views. Great for those who prefer an elevated, wide-angle perspective. Side sections may have slightly angled views.
- Premium/Luxury Boxes: Lexus Luxury Boxes available for select events — premium experience with private seating areas.
